Tito Victoriano is a 1995 Master Teaching Artists from the former State of Connecticut Commission on the Arts. Tito started his career as a traditional painter on canvas using oil paints. With the advent of digital mediums he traded brushes and canvas for Photoshop and a digital tablet. Tito is open to new projects and collaborations where digital work is the medium of choice. He is accepting direct commissions for posters, illustrations and ad hoc work.
