Promote your travel photography and videography with Production Paradise

Talenthouse has partnered with Production Paradise to give artists an exciting opportunity for exposure! Production Paradise is an online directory for artists and creators. Their online publication “Spotlight Magazine” pinpoints the top creative professionals and services from the world’s most interesting industry sectors.

Spotlight Magazine has tens thousands of subscribers including art buyers, creative directors, art directors, producers and other ad agencies worldwide, photo editors in leading magazines, and also art directors and creative service buyers.

Production Paradise invites photographers and videographers from around the world to submit a portfolio of their best travel-inspired photography and videography. The aim is to share evocative, captivating content that tells your travel story!

One Selected Artist will be chosen to have their work featured in Production Paradise travel themed "Spotlight Magazine", published in December 2018, and receive a 12-month Directory Listing and promotion across Production Paradise social media channels (valued at USD $1,000). Three Finalists will also be chosen, and will gain exposure on Production Paradise and Talenthouse social channels.
  • A minimum of 5 and up to 10 pieces of travel related work should be submitted. Artist teams (teams of up to three max.) are allowed.
  • Static artwork should be a minimum of 300dpi and must be submitted in JPEG or PNG format, max size 10MB, videos are to be uploaded as an mp.4. Artists should retain their original high-res files.
  • Artists may also submit a 150 word written caption in English about themselves and their artwork for Production Paradise for use across their channels. Please use the 'Say something about your submission' field within your submission.
  • Before submitting, please look at this mood board for inspiration.

  • Artwork must be original; no stock images allowed. Artists can submit pre-existing pieces so long as the artist has rights to share the work.
  • Artwork should show creative photography or videography skills.
  • Artwork should be focused on the target audience of travel and lifestyle, and the service providers who support them.
  • Artwork must not include or allude to alcohol drinking in a dangerous scenario depiction of violence, nudism or material that may be considered offensive.

Clients can browse easily and find talent from more than 200 countries and 50 directories. Their online magazine "Spotlight Illustration" highlights up to 25 leading Illustrators and Illustrators' agents from all around the world, and is delivered straight to the inbox of 55,000 subscribers in more than 180 countries, including:
  • Art buyers, creative directors, art directors and producers at BBDO, Publicis, W+K, Y&R, Saatchi & Saatchi, TBWA, Grey, JWT, Ogilvy and other ad agencies worldwide.
  • Photo editors in leading magazines such as Elle, Vogue, Marie-Claire, Vanity Fair, GQ, Harper's Bazaar and many more.
  • Art directors and creative service buyers at Apple, Deloitte, Coca-Cola, Unilever, adidas, Microsoft, Vodafone, Nike, IKEA, Audi, Nestlé and more corporations around the world.
One (1) Selected Artist, as chosen by Production Paradise, will:
  • Have their work featured in 'Spotlight Magazine', including a visibility pack valued at USD $1,000: publication in the December 2018 issue and 12 months listing in curated directory of leading photographers.
  • Potentially be commissioned for additional work through the Production Paradise website.
  • The magazine will be published on the Production Paradise website, where they'll be archived. They will also be sent directly to the inboxes of approximately 80,000 subscribers, including ad agencies and production agencies. Spotlight magazines are shared across all their social networks, with over 127,000 followers.
  • Be featured on Production Paradise and Talenthouse social channels and magazine reaching a total audience of more than 3 million people.
Three (3) Finalists, as chosen by Production Paradise, will:
  • Be promoted on Production Paradise and Talenthouse social channels, gaining exposure to more than 3 million people.
  • This opportunity is open globally to those who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
  • Artists should submit a minimum of five (5) and a maximum of ten (10) pieces of travel related photography and/or videos.
  • Artist teams (teams of up to three max.) are allowed.
  • All submissions must be original, and not use any third party pre-existing copyright or service marked materials or work purchased from image libraries. Artworks can be pre-existing or created especially for this opportunity. Artists should have the rights to share submitted work.
  • Please read the "Submission Guidelines" section above carefully.
  • Artists should retain their original files in the highest quality possible but photographs must be submitted in JPEG or PNG, max size 10MB. If submitting a video this should be uploaded as an .mp4 via the “Participate” tab to the Talenthouse player.
  • If any persons appear or are referred to in the submission, the artist is solely responsible for obtaining, prior to submitting, all necessary usage rights and permissions for the contents of their submission. Proof will be required if selected.
  • Artists that are not selected will retain ownership of their artwork, however Production Paradise has marketing rights to promote the work on their social media and online channels in connection with this Creative Invite for up to 3 months after announcement of the Selected Artist and Finalists. All artists will be credited accordingly.
  • The Selected Artist and Finalists will be required to grant a non-exclusive, global, royalty-free license for six (6) months for the purposes mentioned above. The Selected Artist may be contacted directly by Production Paradise for additional licensing opportunities.
  • The Selected Artist will be required to share a 150 word written caption in English about themselves and their artwork with Production Paradise for use across their channels.
  • Artists must join Talenthouse using an active email address in order to ensure they can be contacted should they be selected.
  • The Selected Artist and Finalists must respond to Talenthouse within two (2) days of receiving the notification email or else will forfeit all incentives.
  • Talenthouse reserves the right to remove inappropriate, offensive and harmful submissions as well as submissions that do not fit the brief, guidelines or Official Rules.
  • No purchase necessary to enter or be selected.
Production Paradise will select from all qualified submissions. A qualified submission is one which meets all the Terms & Conditions, Guidelines and Official Rules.
