Magic doesn't always happen at the office. The beauty of the HP Stream devices is that they allow you to get everything you need done from your happy place.

To promote their new line of HP Stream devices that allow users to work from anywhere, HP is challenging photographers from around the world* to submit photography that illustrates the idea of "Work From Happy Place."

Whether it be sitting poolside on a beautiful day or on a bench at your favorite park, this is your opportunity to show the world the happy place from where you work from!

Get bold and creative! Once you have submitted, be sure to share your submission across Twitter using the #WorkHappy hashtag.

Mo El-Fatih
Mo El-Fatih is a UK based Photographer and Filmmaker. Prior to committing to his passion for Photography, Mo started Professional life as a Pharmaceutical Scientist after gaining a PhD in Chemistry. He won HP’s first Creative Invite to photograph Ellie Goulding and has since photographed artists such as Iggy Azalea and Muse. His photography work is varied with emphasis on advertising and sports photography. He also produces short films as a creative for corporate clients and pursues artistic projects in his spare time.
alex lake
UK-based photographer Alex Lake shoots internationally and is sought after worldwide for his intimate and iconic photography. He graduated from Central St Martins College Of Art & Design back in 1997 and has worked professionally as a photographer ever since. He lives in Brighton and works everywhere.

Recent clients include: Facebook/Instagram, EE, Q Magazine, The Guardian Weekend, VCCP, Channel 4 Television, Observer Food Monthly Magazine, The Observer Magazine, WIRED Magazine, Sunday Publishing, Intelligent Life Magazine, Vrij Nederland Magazine, Universal Music Group, Island Records, Sony BMG, Ministry Of Sound.
rebecca shears
Rebecca has headed up the marketing team at HP for over 4 years in the UK; prior to that she was in senior roles at T-Mobile, BT and Revlon. She has worked on many high profile brand campaigns for HP, including music events featuring the likes of Ellie Goulding, John Newman and Rizzle Kicks to name a few. More recently she spearheaded a new partnership between HP and The Fox Problem, a YouTube Show hosted by Gemma Cairney and Georgia LA. She is looking for up and coming talent that use technology to fuel their creativity and take presenting to a new level.
ian stevens

Multi award winning Creative Director of EMPIRE, Q and TOPGEAR. Ian has art directed many of the world's most accomplished photographers to shoot the biggest talent on the planet including Tom Cruise, Stephen Spielberg, Paul McCartney, Jay Z, Lady Gaga and Rihanna. He specialises in Entertainment and Automotive.

He recently founded design agency Fastrock where he has worked on Art Directing projects for clients including Universal Music, Ferrari, Man About Town, British GQ and Soho House.

  • This opportunity is open globally to those who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
  • Due to shipping limitations, participants from the following markets are not eligible for prizing: Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cambodia, China, Columbia, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Ghana, Honduras, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mexico, Moldova, Nepal, Pakistan, Peru, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
  • All submitting artists retain ownership of their photos and IP. HP may choose to post photographs submitted out on their social and web channels and you understand that by submitting, your photos may be used promotionally in this way.
  • Photography submitted must be original (meaning not using third party copyright materials) but can be pre-existing or created especially for this opportunity.
  • Photographs must be submitted in JPEG or PNG (5MB Max).
  • Participants must join Talenthouse using an active email address in order to ensure they can be contacted should they be selected.
  • All submissions will feature as part of a global gallery with public sharing on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.
  • Participants must retain their original file should they be selected.
  • Talenthouse reserves the right to disqualify artists who we believe are cheating the sharing system as this is against the spirit of the Creative Invite.
  • Inappropriate, offensive and harmful submissions, as well as submissions that do not fit the brief, will be removed.
  • No purchase necessary to enter.
HOw HP will choose
HP and a panel of guest judges will select from all qualified submissions. A qualified submission is one which meets all the Terms & Conditions, Guidelines and Official Rules. Their selection will be independent of social shares.

As soon as you have submitted your work, feel free to start sharing your submission on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest. These shares will count towards the Most Shared award. Please note, it does not impact your chance of being chosen as the overall Selected Artist if you choose not to share.
