THE BRIEF
One year ago, the living legend himself Markus Schulz released ‘Scream’, an album that smashed borders and forever solidified his irrefutable spot within the world of EDM. Earning the respect of his peers and enormous fan-base alike, ‘Scream’ showed the commitment this man has to leading the way in the genre he helped found, and deservedly brought home critical acclaim.

Never one to rest on his laurels and let the future come to him, Schulz set about the arduous task of compiling a whopping 17 track album with ‘Scream 2’, an undeniable opus from the well-established DJ and production mastermind.

In celebration of the new release, Markus Schulz is inviting aspiring artists from around the world to create artwork inspired by 'Scream 2' and the provided video 'Scream 2 (Behind The Scenes)' for the chance to have their design produced on a t-shirt and sold exclusively on Markus Schulz's online store.
ABOUT MARKUS SCHULZ
Over the last 10 years Markus Schulz has crafted the individual musical identities of progressive, trance & house into his own unique fusion sound. Through his natural audience interaction, flawless harmonic mixing, intuitive tune selection and now famous open-till-close sets, he has wowed crowds in every major metropolis. Now a regular fixture at the world’s biggest & most famous clubs, arenas and festivals, he lays down his inimitable trance-progressive vision on a weekly basis.
THE CAREER OPPORTUNITY
The artist as selected by the host, Markus Schulz, will receive:
  • Exposure for their design across Markus Schulz's social media channels
  • Their artwork featured on a t-shirt to be sold on Markus Schulz's online merchandise store
  • Two VIP tickets, together with a meet and greet with Markus Schulz, at an upcoming tour stop of their choice (travel and accommodation not included)
  • $1,000
THE COMMUNITY CHOICE
The artist as selected by the community and the host, Markus Schulz, will receive*:
  • Exposure for their design across Markus Schulz's social media channels
  • Two VIP tickets to a Markus Schulz tour stop of their choice (travel and accommodation not included)
* The host will select from the top 5% of the highest voted submissions.
HOW MARKUS SCHULZ WILL CHOOSE
Markus Schulz will select from all qualified submissions. A qualified submission is one which meets all the Terms & Conditions, Guidelines and Official Rules.

The community
can support their favorite submissions through social voting via Facebook and Twitter. The host will also select an artist from the top 5% of the highest voted submissions.
CREATIVE INVITE GUIDELINES
  • Artists may only submit one file.
  • Submitting artists may use the logos provided, but it is not required.
  • Artists must submit their artwork in JPG or PNG and no larger than 5MB.
  • Submitting artists must retain their original artwork should they be selected.
  • Artists must include a title for their submission with a link to their Talenthouse portfolio.
  • Designs must be original (meaning not using third party pre-existing copyright materials) but can be pre-existing or created especially for this opportunity.
  • The selected design may be modified to accommodate production requirements.
  • Submitting artists must join Talenthouse using an active email address in order to ensure they can be contacted by Talenthouse should they be selected.
  • Selected artists must respond to Talenthouse within 7-14 days of receiving a notification email or else will forfeit all prizing.
