The Brief
KC Motorgroup racing driver Struan Moore invites artists and designers from across the world to design a racing suit for him to wear during his final race of the season at the Formula 3 Challenge in Tokyo, Japan.

Artists are encouraged to take inspiration from Japanese culture and incorporate it into their design. Find out more about what Struan is looking for in the designs by watching the video, reading his quote below and checking out the Pinterest board. You must use this template to create your design but can include additional images or 'close ups.'

One Selected Artist will have their design produced as a racing suit and worn by Struan during the Formula 3 Challenge on October 17 and 18, 2015. In addition, the artist will receive $1,500 and exposure for their work across Struan and his media partner's channels. One Highly Commended will receive $500.
"I'm the only Brit racing in Japanese Formula 3 this year and have become hugely fond of the way of life, culture and people. With that in mind I'd like see you guys come up with designs for the world's first race suit to be designed by you and worn by me at my final race of the season in front of tens of thousands of fans on the 17th and 18th October. I'd like to see designs that fit in with Japanese culture. Think cherry blossom, bonsai trees, ancient shrines, samurai, Buddhism and much, much more!! ... There is so much inspiration around the Japanese theme I'd really like you to use your imagination and come up with an edgy, unique and creative design that I'd be proud to wear. I'm really excited to see what you guys come up with." - Struan Moore
