Snowpiercer, a new series on TNT, explores the last remaining people on earth, who inhabit, a never-ending train ride that circles the globe. TNT invites you to reserve your place in Snowpiercer (“Series”) history with your own customized train car!

Design your own, original and visually inspiring train car to celebrate the launch of new TNT series, Snowpiercer.

Use one of the templates as a starting point, but let your imagination run wild!

5 pieces of work will be chosen as a Selected Creator. Each will be featured across Snowpiercer social channels and receive $2,000 each. Submitted work may also be featured on TNT's Snowpiercer permanent 1,001 car collection hub during and after the submission period.
Things to Consider
  • Using your imagination design your own, visually inspiring, imaginary train car. Think creatively and way beyond a standard train car - It could be anything you like!
  • Your train car could capture any environment or scene you like! Maybe it's a rave with colorful lights, an under the sea tunnel, or a place to lay back and stargaze - let your imagination run free
  • Your submission should use 1 of these train car templates provided by TNT. Use the structure of the train car to frame your artwork. Read these template guidelines before you start
  • Keep in mind your train car should be a place people could walk, sit or interact with
  • Do not include any likeness to the Snowpiercer characters in your work, but focus more on the originality of the train car itself
  • You can depict people of all ages in your work, but make sure they are not real people
  • The max file size for your artwork is 5MB and in template formats

  • For inspiration, check out the Snowpiercer trailer, the visuals in this brief, and this mood board
  • The train car brand is Wilford Industries. You are welcome to include their 'W' logo subtly in your work if you wish
  • You can include people of any age in your work, but make sure they are not real people. Please do not include Snowpiercer characters
  • Don't include any imagery that is unnecessarily violent, depicts illegal activity, if offensive, abusive, threatening, contains nudity or is derogatory in any way, and graphic in its nature
  • Don't include any brands or existing copyright work in your submission
  • In your submission, include a short description of your inspiration behind your train car artwork. Add this to the 'Say something about your submission' section within your submission

The Incentives
5 pieces of artwork, as chosen by TNT, will be selected. The Selected Creators will:
  • Potentially have their artwork featured in Snowpiercer's marketing campaign
  • Potentially receive exposure for their artwork across Snowpiercer's digital and marketing channels including print materials and merchandise
  • Receive $2,000 for each piece of artwork selected

Creative Brief Guidelines
  • Who is eligible: This opportunity is open globally to those who are at least 18 years of age and the age of majority at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees and their immediate family and household members of Turner Network Television (TNT) and TLNT (Talenthouse, Ello and Zooppa) are not eligible to participate.
  • Limit 15 submissions per creator or team. Creator teams allowed.
  • Please note, that during the Submission Period, your submission may be featured on TNT's Snowpiercer content hub, with credit given to you.
  • Submissions will not be visible to the public until after the announcement.
  • All submissions must be your own original work (meaning you are not allowed to use third-party pre-existing copyright materials and/or stock imagery in your submission) except for the material provided by TNT in this brief. All rights in and to the material provided are reserved by TNT.
  • All submissions must use one (1) or the three (3) train car templates provided in the brief.
  • How to submit: Click on the ‘Participate’ tab and follow the instructions. Your work must be submitted your work in JPEG/PNG format (5MB max. file size). Please retain your original layered or source files in the highest quality possible. Only digital work should be submitted. No photography or moving work please.
  • Please add a short 220 character description in English explaining the inspiration behind your work. Please use the 'Say something about your submission' section within your submission.
  • We advise you to carefully read the "Things To Consider" section above.
  • If you are not selected, you will retain ownership in the original portions of your work. However, by submitting you hereby grant TNT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license from the Creative Brief launch, for up to 90 days from the Selected Creator Announcement, to use your submitted work across their various online and social media platforms. If your work is used, you will be credited accordingly.
  • If you are a 'Selected Creator', you will be required to grant TNT an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license in and to the selected work for the specified incentives. Upon selection you will be required to sign a Rights Release and the Awardee Agreement. Please note that submissions can be used by you for personal, non-commercial and portfolio (including owned social channels) use only.
  • If you are a 'Selected Creator' you may be asked to modify to make up to 2 rounds of edits to your artwork to fit production requirements.
  • Please provide an active email address when registering with Talenthouse to ensure you can be contacted should you be selected.
  • During the selection period, Talenthouse will reach out to those being shortlisted. You must respond to Talenthouse within forty-eight (48) hours or else you will forfeit all incentives. For the verification, you will be asked to provide the original files of your work and a scan of your ID.
  • Talenthouse reserves the right to remove inappropriate, offensive and harmful submissions as well as submissions that do not fit the brief, these guidelines or Official Rules (see below).
  • No purchase necessary to enter or be selected.
how TNT will choose
  • The judging criteria is based on Creativity (40%), Originality (40%) and Overall Understanding of the theme (20%).
