This May, Call of Duty ® has partnered with Legendary Entertainment to create Operation Monarch, a one-of-a-kind in-game event for Call of Duty ®: Warzone ™ fans across the globe!
Get ready for worlds to collide in the Call of Duty universe, as this battle features two formidable rivals–Godzilla and Kong!
In support of the event, Call of Duty would love to recruit YOU as a part of the official campaign:
Create digitally illustrated posters inspired by Call of Duty: Warzone’s in-game event ‘Operation Monarch’--featuring Godzilla vs. Kong!
Five [5] Selected Creators will be chosen by the team at Call of Duty, and each will receive $2,000 USD per work.
Additionally, selected works may be featured on official marketing channels.

WHEN: ‘Operation Monarch’ will be available for a limited time only from May 11th - May 25th, 2022 as part of Season 3 of Call of Duty®: Vanguard and Warzone™.
HOW: Players will get to battle alongside the TITANS Kong and Godzilla on the Warzone map, “Caldera” in a special limited time mode which is set in WWII.
WHERE: The current Warzone map of “Caldera” will be the setting of the in-game event (and all submissions!)

Your submission should feature Godzilla and Kong within the Call of Duty universe–Godzilla and Kong should feel embedded into the recognizable “world” of Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific
Your submission should reference only Godzilla and Kong as they appear in the film Godzilla vs. Kong (2021)
All TITAN powers are biological (not magical / not otherworldly)
Your submission should include the following key themes & tones:

Do include approved Vanguard WWII weapons & operators from the Call of Duty universe in your submission, if relevant to your creative direction

Ownership of all copyright and trademark rights in or to the movie Godzilla vs. Kong and the characters and elements featured within the movie shall belong to Toho for the Toho Characters (i.e., Godzilla, Mechagodzilla, and any other Toho characters) and to Legendary for the Legendary IP (i.e., titles, storylines, characters and all other elements as they appear in the movie, excluding the Toho Characters). Any and all additions to, new renderings, modifications, or embellishments of, the Toho Characters and Legendary IP shall be and remain the property of Toho for the Toho Characters and Legendary for the Legendary IP.
If you are a ‘Selected Creator’, you will be required to assign all rights, title and interest in and to the selected work to Activision for the specified incentives. Upon selection, you will be required to sign a License Agreement, Rights Release, and an Awardee Agreement. Please note that submissions can be used by you for personal, non-commercial and portfolio use only.

The judging criteria are based on Creativity (35%), Originality (35%) and Overall Understanding of the theme (30%).
