Design Mural Street Art for Xi-Design
Xi-Design is on the lookout for
innovative street art which makes good use of the exceptionally big surface of
a house wall as an artistic canvas. Artists are encouraged to check out this
Pinterest board for inspiration.
One
Selected Artist will receive the opportunity of having their mural painted on a
gigantic house wall in Berlin, Germany. The Selected Artist will also
receive €1,000 and a graphic tablet by Wacom worth €2,500.
The trend-oriented communications company Xi-Design puts murals on facades, houses and gable walls all over Germany as hand-drawn advertising messages for innovative brands.
The exclusive locations of the facades as well as the creative adaption of motifs as street art play an important role in the process: the designs blend into the urban space so that anyone passing by has a pleasant and natural experience discovering the art as well as the messaging behind it.
Two Highly Commended Artists, as chosen by Xi-Design and their guest judge, will each receive a Intuos Pro M graphic tablet and a Bamboo Spark by Wacom worth €500.
Jörni, Bolle and Kimo aren’t just long time friends who have been painting together as "The Dixons" for more than 25 years. They are also the minds behind the creative forge that is Xi-Design in Berlin, Germany.
Together, they share a vision: more appreciation for artists and their craft. Not just for street art, where their roots lie, but for every form of creativity.
