Create fun and interesting infographic designs

Creators Selected On
April 12, 2018

We live in a data-driven age, which means facts and figures are everywhere - our computers, billboards, and even social media posts are just a few of the many sources of data! Trying to make sense of all of it can be a little tricky, which is why using infographics to present information can be great for making it a little more fun...

Talenthouse are inviting artists to create infographic-style work that conveys information about an area/city/country that means something to them. The key is for the information to be presented in an interesting way, whether it’s a tourist hotspot, a jazzy menu for a local restaurant, or a step-by-step recipe for a traditional meal! Have a look at this mood board for more inspiration.

Ultimately, we’re looking for quality multi-media work that would be compatible for social media channels, namely Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. Multi-media artwork, illustration, graphic design, photography, GIFs, or short form video are all allowed. Creators are also welcome to submit any previous infographic art that they have created even if it is focussed on a different theme.

A number of stand out pieces will be selected and shared across the Talenthouse social media channels reaching over 3 million people worldwide. There is also a unique opportunity for your work to be licensed through Talenthouse Arthouse by brands and publishers in need of original images surrounding infographics designs.

DO
  • Do create artwork that is well-suited for social media sharing (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube), and that is in the style of infographics in either static, GIF or video (max 15 sec) format.
  • Use the mood board for inspiration on ways that can be used to present infographics on your hometowns/countries in a range of interesting and cool formats.
  • You may submit up to 10 works. Feel free to submit existing artwork or something you have created specifically for this brief.
  • Do ensure you own the rights to artwork you submit.
DON'T
  • Do not use any copyrighted or stock material.

  • Do not include images of any persons under the age of 18 in the image. If a person is included in the submission, a model release form needs to be provided in case the artwork is selected.

  • Work should not infringe landmark copyright or service marks of a third party. For example, please do not include places & landmarks with known restrictions (e.g. isolated image of the Chrysler Building in New York, etc.).
