Create original artwork for PepsiCo and Naked Juice
A discovery brand with a weird and wonderful story at its heart, Naked was started in Santa Monica, California in 1983 by a nude sunbathing hippie with a love for squeezed juice. Inside the bottle of Naked you will find an arsenal of super cool and trendy ingredients. Their smoothies and juices are rich in vitamins, high on anti-oxidants and have no added sugar. Naked is all about natural and raw ingredients that give you super energy, add refreshment and positivity and, ultimately, empower everyone to be creative and live life to its fullest!
Naked are inviting artists from around the world to create artworks that
‘remix’ the Naked bottle/product or the different juice or smoothie flavors in
the style of fresh pop-art visuals or other edgy and bold creative expressions.
The artwork should capture the three themes outlined below, and may include the
bottle or actively use brand colors (dark blue, dark green,
white), but may also showcase
the ingredients and colors of the different flavors in new and creative ways.
Creators may draw on different creative styles including graphic design, illustration, street art, graffiti, collage, photography, painting, screen-printing or moving image assets in the form of animated GIFs, cinemagraphs or short videos (up to 15”).
The artwork will be showcased across Naked social channels, digital, in-store and potentially at Naked events across spring and summer 2018. Naked are looking for artistic, thumb-stopping visuals that capture three key themes/brand pillars:
An artist incentive pool of €20,000 will be made available for this brief. Moving image pieces that are selected will receive €2,000 per piece, and static designs will receive €1,500 per piece. In addition to these incentives, other submissions may be posted on the client’s social channels with artists given credit and receiving exposure from the PepsiCo and Naked social channels.

The Naked Juice story began in 1983 with a young man named Jimmy. Carried in a backpack full of ice, he sold his bottled juice ups and down the beach, towel-by-towel. Sourcing his fruit straight from the produce market, he spent countless hours getting the recipes just right, with the mantra, ‘the freshest, most nutritious juices possible’. For the last 33 years, Naked has believed that juice should be as delightful as it is nourishing. The first juice was pressed in the kitchen of Jimmy’s mom, sold to earn money for his band. Today, Naked continue this tradition with new ranges, modern ingredients, and fresh formats. Naked smoothies are packed with flavour and goodness, keeping you going throughout the day.
