Create artwork for iHeartRadio

Winner Announced On
January 29, 2015
the brief
A passion for music and radio. That is at the core of everything that drives iHeartRadio, and they want your help in communicating that to fellow music fans!

iHeartRadio is challenging artists and graphic designers to create artwork that could be made into an ad that helps capture the spirit of iHeartRadio. You can draw inspiration from the brand messaging that is found in the ‘inspiration’, or you can come up with something that is completely fresh and alternative – the choice is yours. The main thing the judges are looking for is artwork that could be made into an ad that captures the identity of iHeartRadio and tells a story that resonates well with music fans worldwide.

Two artists will have their artwork chosen by a panel of marketing experts at iHeartRadio and used across multiple iHeartRadio platforms and social channels as well as a potential billboard campaign. Additionally, the two selected artists will receive $2,500 each.

Make sure you include the iHeartRadio logo which can be downloaded here. The mission is to raise awareness of the iHeartRadio app, but also to communicate how communal and awesome a role it can play in everyday life.

Submit your work to Talenthouse now within the 'participate' tab and join the conversation at #iHeartRadio.

inspiration
Music makes life better. We love the perfect song at the perfect moment, the anticipation of what’s next in an inspiring playlist, the connection that comes from a shared experience listening to a great radio station. Laughing about a joke with friends all heard from our favorite DJ or morning show. We couldn’t live life without a music soundtrack to our day.

That’s at the core of everything that drives us at iHeartRadio, a passion for music and radio.

We want your help communicating our passion to fellow music fans. Help us tell the story and spread awareness about the iHeartRadio app. We have collected thousands of the best stations from across the country plus 20 million songs from 450,000 artists into one free App. We believe that there is a station playing music that is perfect for making any moment in life better. Choose from one of our great live radio stations or simply tell us an artist and iHeartRadio will build you a custom, commercial free playlist. All of this is free. The download is free and iHeartRadio is free to use.

Showcase moments in life that are made instantly better with music. Show a music soundtrack moment that instantly turns a mundane activity into a cinematic experience in the minds eye of the listener. Tell the story of a dystopian world devoid of music and how tragic life could be. Make that connection to music enhancing how we experience the world. Music makes life better and iHeartRadio is the easiest way to access the best stations, the best play listing service, the largest library of songs and artists and all for free.
