This past week, London’s Shoreditch has been the scene of an epic celebration for Fox’s The Walking Dead, where they hosted for their pop-up gallery, Art Apocalypse! The immersive exhibition showcased artwork from a new blood of creative talent, explored the living legacy of the series, and celebrated the launch of the 2nd half of the latest series.
Talenthouse hosted a Creative Invite, from which 20 Selected Artists and Finalists were chosen to have their artwork exhibited throughout the event by the prestigious judging panel, including Greg Nicotero, the show’s Executive Producer, Director, Special FX Make-Up Designer. The artwork was exhibited alongside props from the show’s history. Tons of media, art lovers, the Talenthouse artists themselves, and anyone that simply enjoys TWD, gory scenes, zombies or just a good scare! Have a look at the recap of the event while you cover your eyes or smile in gory zombie bliss… if you’re into that.
