Talenthouse partner SEEMO sat down with Amy Kean this week to chat about the message behind her book, the process of writing a book, the ups and downs of the advertising world and why being weird is the new normal.
Amy has been in the media world for 14 years, cutting her industry teeth at the IAB as head of Public Relations before moving on to create the individual agency social teams of the Havas Media Group. She then became the Head of Futures, Innovation and Founder of Havas Media Labs. She was then tapped by Mindshare to lead their strategy and insights for APAC before joining Coty’s in-house digital agency to oversee their planning and strategy. She is a guest lecturer at Kingston University and pens a column for Shots magazine and her first book – The Little Girl Who Gave Zero Fucks – is a bestseller on Amazon. She is definitely not one to sit on her laurels!
