Supermodel Cara Delevingne and her best friend Sophia Kerrison teamed up with Talenthouse to celebrate #Art4Animals, a new art-themed campaign which celebrates the joy that animals bring and the importance of having them in our lives.
Illustrators, designers and artists around the world were invited to submit original animal-inspired artwork for the opportunity to have their work produced and sold as limited edition prints on Kids of Dada in aid of New Hope Animal Rescue.
New Hope is dedicated to helping animals on death row and animals with medical needs. They aim to help as many animals as they can, given their circumstances and in particular, animals that have been turned away elsewhere. New Hope often takes in animals in immediate danger to save them from death and then place them into other rescue homes once a space is available. New Hope Animal Rescue work alongside many people, including fellow rescuers who offer placements for desperate animals, donations of money, animal food, bedding, animal housing, fostering, adopting or transporting.
Kids of Dada curates contemporary art and fashion from around the world. Their online gallery features unique artworks and fashion accessories from emerging and iconic artists and designers, linking collectors to the joy of discovery. Their mission is to showcase rising global talent and make it easy to discover new arresting art and fashion. Kids of Dada focuses on working with exceptional international artists and designers. They personally select each piece to ensure that they offer a truly unique curated collection, covering a range of mediums, from prints, paintings, drawings, sculpture, to photography and an eclectic range of fashion accessories.
The Creative Invite generated over 540 stunning submissions. After many hours of deliberation, Cara Delevingne, Sophia Kerrison, and Kids of Dada chose artwork from the 16 Selected Artists featured below.
Each of the 16 Selected Artists will get the opportunity to have their work re-produced on a limited edition run of 50 prints, and sold on the Kids of Dada website for £150 per print. Each artist will receive 10% of all profits from their prints and the rest will be donated to aid New Hope Animal Rescue. These artists will also have their work and Talenthouse profile featured across the social media channels of Cara, Sophia and Kids of Dada.
