Being a photographer, I am endlessly inquisitive and I don’t “rest”. I’ve been making images long enough that I am able to translate my eye and my mind into a complete vision photographically at the very least this is my approach camera in hand... I look forward to collaboration(S). As I write, draw, paint and make sculptures.

Bio I was born in Santa Fe New Mexico, I moved to Tempe/Chandler Arizona at elementary school age. I grew up in between the vast, sacred mountains and valleys' of Northern New Mexico and the naturally mysterious desert. Upon completion of HS and through scholarship I was given the opportunity to move to New York City studying photography at The School of Visual Arts.
I started taking photographs young and learned to make them some time later. Meaning, I literally MAKE the photographs/prints and that element is important, if not the most important aspect of the craft for me.
I am pre-dominantly inspired by my own ambitions to dissect visual language and I am particular about carrying on my families' lineage of fine art making. I like to see and know about motivated people of every walk in life and I am consistently intrigued and humbled with the powers of mankindANDnature. Some of my favorite things are music and books or museums.archive departments...

Influences My artistic influences began with LIGHT, my family and my heritage of Tewa/Pueblo and Hispanic art from Northern New Mexico. Patience was my first lesson as a young artist.
Photographically my influences remain its' history I often reference masters of the craft WAY too many to name, have always been inspired by my artist peers and the personification of the act to: S T R I V E.
