Biografie For the past thirteen years, Scott James has been commissioned to photograph subject matter ranging from corporate architecture to high fashion, earning several national awards in the process. with an extensive portfolio and a diverse range of experience, Scott brings a fresh perspective to everything he shoots. Scott captures a uniquely stunning perspective of his subjects, be it a first-time model or a seasoned veteran, a tabletop product or a steel skyscraper. Scott’s amazing eye for fashion photography has earned him major industry recognition.

The quality and longevity of Scott’s work has earned him membership in the exclusive Amercian Society of Media Photographers, the authoritative voice of publication photographers worldwide, and promoter of high professional standards and ethics.

On and off the set, Scott James’ demeanor and professionalism is disarming and comfortable, allowing his subjects to fully explore the distinct qualities and individuality they have to offer the camera.

Scott has lectured on photography and taught several master-classes on portraiture throughout the greater Los Angeles area.
