I paint/sculpt/photograph/draw/etc. because there is something inside me that best portrays, best expresses, and best characterizes me as an artist and as a person through these forms. I make art for myself, because something inside me feels better when I create. No speech, no prewritten message, no impromptu questioning can describe me better than I can describe myself through the tools I use to portray my soul.
I'm always trying to bridge the gap between things that interest me & consume my time, and figuring out innovative or left-of-center ways of achieving aesthetically and/or emotionally pleasing work.
