WHAT IT IS	Playdom, one of the most prominent online game providers, is inviting graphic designers to design a suit of armor for characters in 'Deep Realms' - a game where players battle monsters and fight the forces of chaos. Participants are asked to submit one original design of a killer suit of armor for players to put into their inventory and wear whenever they fight in battle. Participants are encouraged to submit their design of the entire outfit (helmet, chest plate, belt, arm protection, gloves, leg protection and boots) or they can submit any one or more of these elements. The winning design will become part of the 'Deep Realms' game played by millions around the world and the winner will receive $1,000.

HOW THE WINNER WILL BE CHOSEN	Playdom will choose the winner from all qualified submissions* with special consideration for the top voted entries. *A qualified submission is one which meets all the Terms & Conditions and Guidelines and Official Rules

WHAT THE WINNER WILL GET	The selected design will be created into a suit of armor for characters to wear in Playdom's epic RPG game 'Deep Realms' and will be displayed in an online gallery developed by Playdom where the winner will be credited. The winner will receive $1,000. The 10 highest voted submissions and an additional 5 runner-ups, as selected by Playdom, will be displayed in an online gallery developed by Playdom where each artist will be credited.

GUIDELINES

• Participants must submit one file in JPEG or PNG format.
• Participants are encouraged to use one of the templates provided but this is not mandatory.
• Participants are encouraged to submit their design of the entire outfit (helmet, chest plate, belt, arm protection, gloves, leg protection and boots) or they can submit any one or more of these elements.
• Designs must be original.

OFFICIAL RULES

• The winner shall grant ownership of all rights in and to the intellectual property in the winning design to Playdom in consideration of the US $1,000 prize monies being offered. This assignment of rights will be arranged directly between Playdom and the winner.

• Playdom has the right, but not the obligation, to use the winning submission.
• The winner must receive written approval, in advance, from Playdom to use the winning design in any manner other than for portfolio purposes
• Playdom will put forth reasonable efforts to instruct any media to grant proper credit to the winner, should the winning design be used in the media
• Playdom's name or likeness shall not be used in any manner other than for promotional or marketing purposes related to the submissions
