Have you ever dreamed of having your film showcased to leading industry insiders? BOMBAY SAPPHIRE®, a world renowned London Dry Gin, is partnering with Playboy, long a patron of film, to bring aspiring filmmakers the opportunity of a lifetime. They are inviting you to submit your short film embodying the themes of ‘Imagination’ and ‘Freedom of Expression’ for the incredible chance to have your work showcased at their event during Sundance Film Festival 2012 and seen by leading and integral insiders in the business. In addition, your film will be featured on the official websites of Playboy and Bombay Sapphire and you will receive $3,500.

Playboy and Bombay Sapphire are looking for a film that inspires self expression and ignites Imagination - an uplifting force that allows us to unlock the beauty and potential hidden in the world around us. When acted upon, the effects of Imagination ripple outward, influencing and inspiring other acts of Imagination. And when Imagination is expressed with the spirit of Freedom of Expression, it becomes even more powerful.

Playboy and Bombay Sapphire

Playboy and Bombay Sapphire together with a panel of industry insider judges will choose 5 submissions, which together with the 5 highest voted submissions will be named semi-finalists. All 10 semi-finalists will be automatically submitted for the final round of voting where Playboy and Bombay Sapphire together with the panel of judges will select the ultimate winner, with special consideration for the top voted entries.

Submissions must meet all the Terms & Conditions, Guidelines and Official Rules to be considered.

One winner will travel to Sundance Film Festival, one of the most reputable and leading film festivals in the world to watch the premiere of their short film at a Playboy/Bombay Sapphire event. Travel and three nights’ accommodation and $500 for expenses will be provided. The winner will also receive a 30-60 minute mentoring session with key industry insiders in person or via Skype (timing based on each mentor’s production schedule and availability).

The selected short film will also be featured on Playboy.com and BombaySapphire.com and the winner will receive $3,500.

The 3 highest voted submissions will each receive $500 and exclusive Playboy merchandise.
