How Robert Caplin and ViewBug Will Choose

Robert Caplin and ViewBug will select from all qualified submissions with special consideration for the top voted entries. A qualified submission is one which meets all the Terms & Conditions, Guidelines and Official Rules.

Guidelines

• All submissions must be original and submitted in JPEG or PNG format and must not have been commercially used either before or during this Creative Invite
• Participants must retain their original artwork should they be chosen as the winner

Official Rules

CONTEST ENTRIES WILL BE JUDGED AND CATEGORIZED INTO 3 GROUPS 1- ENTRIES: ALL PHOTOS ENTERED ARE CONSIDERED PART OF THIS GROUP. 2- FINALISTS: THE HOST SELECTS FIFTY (50) PHOTOS DEEMED AS FINALISTS. 3- GRAND PRIZE WINNER: THIS IS THE ONE PHOTO SELECTED AS THE OVERALL WINNER OF THE CONTEST.

• Winners will be required to enter into a written license agreement with ViewBug regarding their submissions
• Cash substitutions will not be provided in lieu of prizes
• The host reserves the right to publish the images designated as Finalists and Grand Prize Winner in print and online at the host's discretion with no additional compensation owed to Photographer
• The host reserves the right to allow Contest Sponsors the right to publish the photos selected as the Finalists and Grand Prize Winner in print and online at the host's discretion with no additional compensation owed to Photographer
• Any use of the images selected as Finalists or Grand Prize Winner by the host or Contest Sponsors will be solely used in the context of promoting the contest
• The Photographer whose photo is selected as Grand Prize Winner shall receive an iPad 2 as compensation in full. The host and Contest Sponsors shall have the right to use the winning image in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation to Photographer

THE FOREGOING TERMS SHALL APPLY TO THIS CONTEST AND OVERRIDE THE TALENTHOUSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
