WHAT IT IS	The legendary Paul McCartney, hailed as the ‘greatest composer of the millennium’, is inviting designers to submit graphic art inspired by his critically acclaimed solo albums ‘McCartney’ and ‘McCartney II’. Designers can draw inspiration from ‘Maybe I’m Amazed’ from ‘McCartney’ and ‘Coming Up’ from ‘McCartney II’. The winner will receive global exposure by having their graphic art featured on Paul McCartney’s website and on his social media channels. Paul McCartney will sign a lithograph print of the winning graphic art which will be exhibited in one of London’s most fashionable galleries, Idea Generation before being given to the winner.

HOW THE WINNERS WILL BE CHOSEN	Paul McCartney will choose the winner from all qualified submissions* with special consideration for the top voted entries. *A qualified submission is one which meets all the Terms & Conditions and Guidelines and Official Rules

WHAT THE WINNERS WILL GET	The winner (as selected by Paul McCartney) will receive global exposure by having their artwork featured on Paul McCartney’s website, his Facebook page and will have their artwork exhibited in Idea Generation Gallery in London. The winner will also receive: - A deluxe set of ‘McCartney’ and ‘McCartney II’ albums - A framed high quality lithograph of their winning entry signed by Paul McCartney - A pair of tickets to an upcoming Paul McCartney concert of their choice (subject to availability and occurring within 12 months of winning announcement) and meet and greet (travel, accommodation and other costs at winner’s own expense) - $1000 - Adobe Creative Suite 5 The 2nd place winner (as selected by Paul McCartney) will receive: - A deluxe set of ‘McCartney’ and ‘McCartney II’ albums - A pair of tickets to an upcoming Paul McCartney concert of their choice (subject to availability and occurring within 12 months of winning announcement). Travel, accommodation and other costs at winner’s own expense - Exposure by having their artwork featured on Paul McCartney’s social media channels - Adobe Creative Suite 5 The 3rd place winner (as selected by Paul McCartney) will receive: - A deluxe set of ‘McCartney’ and ‘McCartney II’ albums - Exposure by having their artwork featured on Paul McCartney’s social media channels - Adobe Creative Suite 5 The 6 highest voted submissions will each receive a copy of ‘McCartney’ and ‘McCartney II’ albums and will share a prize pool of $600.

GUIDELINES

• All graphic art submissions must be original and submitted in JPG, JPEG or PNG format and must not have been commercially used either before or during this creative invite

• Participants may use the provided audio and video for ‘Maybe I’m Amazed’ and ‘Coming Up’ for inspiration

OFFICIAL RULES

• MPL Communications Limited (on behalf of Paul McCartney) shall purchase the winning submission by giving consideration as per the US $1,000 prize monies and other specified prizes. In order to be chosen as the winner, the selected finalist shall grant ownership of all rights in and to the intellectual property in the winning submission to MPL Communications Limited in consideration of the US $1,000 prize monies being offered. This assignment of rights agreement will be arranged directly between MPL Communications Limited and the winner.

• MPL Communications Limited shall have the option to purchase the 2nd and 3rd place winner’s submission, but are under no obligation to do so. In order to be chosen as a runner up, the runner up must sign a copyright option form. The copyright exchange will only occur if MPL Communications Limited chooses to do so in consideration for a US $500 fee. The potential purchase and assignment of rights agreement will be arranged directly between MPL Communications Limited and the runner-up.

• The winner (and runners-up, if MPL Communications Limited elects to purchase the copyright to their artwork), must receive written approval, in advance, from MPL Communications Limited to commercially exploit their submission. In no instances shall Paul McCartney’s name or likeness be used to promote any of the artwork submissions either during or after the promotion has been completed except with the prior written approval MPL Communications Limited.

• MPL Communications Limited will put forth reasonable efforts to instruct any media to grant proper credit to the winner (or runners-up), should the artwork submissions be featured in the media by MPL Communications Limited.

• These Official Rules are part of and in addition to the Terms of Use, and shall apply in cases of any conflicting provisions.
