• Campaign dates are as follows: 
  Launch: February 3, 2012, 10am PST
  Submission deadline: February 20, 2012, 10am PST
  Voting: February 21, 2012, 10am PST - February 27, 2012, 10am PST
  Winner Announcement: March 6, 2012, 10am PST
• The winner(s) cannot have been chosen as a winner or runner-up of any other contest where the prizing is to perform at any SXSW event.
• The Judges’ Choice Winner will receive a new Nikon 1 J1 Camera kit (including a 1 NIKKOR 10-30mm VR Lens), suggested retail price: Six Hundred Forty-Nine Dollars and Ninety-Five Cents ($649.95).  If the Judges’ Choice Winner is a band consisting of more than one person, each member of the Judges’ Choice Winner (limited to a maximum of three members) will each receive a Nikon 1 J1 Camera kit.
• The Judge’s Choice Winner will be invited to perform at the daytime showcase on Wednesday March 14, 2012 at The Warner Sound captured by Nikon event at SXSW. VIP access to The Warner Sound captured by Nikon event will also be provided.
• The Judges’ Choice Winner(s) will receive reasonable transportation to Austin, Texas as well as three nights' reasonable accommodation.  In any case, all travel costs including all transportation and accommodations shall not exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000USD). If the actual transportation and accommodations costs are less than $10,000, the winner will not receive the difference between this fee and the actual costs. The winner is responsible for all other incidentals and travel costs.
• If the Judges’ Choice Winner is a band of more than one person, only those band members who perform on stage and in the winning video submitted will be provided transportation and accommodations.
• If the Judges’ Choice Winner lives within 200 miles of Austin, Texas, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of flights.
• The Judges’ Choice Runner-Up will receive new Nikon photographic equipment selected by winner from Nikon’s product line, subject to availability and approval having a suggested retail price of up to One Thousand Dollars ($1000) per winning band/artist.
• The People’s Choice Winner will receive new Nikon photographic equipment selected by the People’s Choice Winner from Nikon’s product line, subject to availability and approval, having a suggested retail price of up to Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) per winning band/artist.
• By submitting an entry, The Judges’ Choice Winner, Judges’ Choice Runner-Up, and People’s Choice Winner each are granting Warner Music Group and Nikon a one (1) year, gratis, promotional license granting the right (but not the obligation) to print, publish, broadcast, stream, publicly perform and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, such submission (including, the audiovisual content, audio-only content, and musical composition embodied therein), including their name, photograph, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information as news or information and for advertising, marketing and promotional purposes without additional consideration; which includes any filming/audio/video/electronic or other recordings and/or interviews created during The Warner Sound captured by Nikon event, as may be determined from time to time by Warner Music Group and Nikon in its sole discretion. Warner Music Group and Nikon has the right to edit, condense or modify the submitted entry for promotional uses.
• No cash substitutions will be provided in lieu of transportation and/or accommodations and/or prizes.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN THIS AGREEMENT, NIKON MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OF IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER, WITH RESPECT TO THE CAMERAS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CONDITION, PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
