Bio
Navyo Ericsen is a creative artist in design, music and film. With a lifetime of experience in the arts combined with over 30 years on the spiritual path, he brings a level of depth, wisdom and inspiration to his work that is a pioneering blend of consciousness and creativity.
This deep well of experience includes a classical music training, jazz improvisation, live rock performances, studio engineering and producing; graphic design and web development; award-winning video and DVD production, and now feature film directing and producing.
Navyo has performed and recorded with a number of celebrated artists, including members of Gong, ELO, Mott The Hoople, Van Der Graaf, Weather Report, and world music artists Prem Joshua, Deva Premal and Miten, as well as recording his own solo albums.
As Senior Audio Editor for post-production house Masterzone in London, clients included Sony, BMG and CBS.
He is currently developing his production company SacredWorld, to create transformational media in film, music and on the web, with the TreeSpirit film, a documentary feature now in pre-production.
Since 2006, Navyo plays guitar and keyboards with his band SpiritMoves, a 7-piece improv ensemble playing an eclectic mix of genres and world sources around the Bay Area.
Originally from England, Navyo his based in Marin County, California.
