Native of The Big Sky Country...Melissa was born and raised in Montana where she grew up riding dirt bikes and raced motocross. She received her photography degree in Spokane, Washington and then relocated to Florence, Italy where she quickly immersed herself into the Florentine culture. Her experience in Europe led her to develop into the shooter she is today. Melissa was the Director of Operations for a leading digital capture company in Los Angeles where she worked side by side with top industry leaders from major networks, studios, production companies and publications. Melissa is currently based in Los Angeles shooting for several publications, ad agencies and celebrities. When she is not shooting she spends her time outdoors and on the golf course
