It's no secret that many young people find politics boring and it's no secret that we want to change that, starting by redecorating your Parliament your way! Are you aged 14-24 and live in the UK? Then here's your chance to have your artwork or photography included in a special exhibition at one of the UK's most famous buildings - the Houses of Parliament.
All you have to do is submit a piece of artwork or photography inspired by Britain this year. Whether it's the London Olympic and Paralympic games, the Queen's Diamond Jubilee, Adele winning 6 Grammy awards, a famous UK landmark or a combination of all the above - what do you feel is special about being British this year?
42 winners overall will be selected for this special exhibition at The Houses of Parliament in December this year: 28 winners chosen by the guest judges, famous portrait artist Basia Hamilton and photographer Rama Knight and 14 artists/photographers with the highest amount of public votes.

Basia will choose a selection of winners to attend a fantastic workshop session at her studio in Mayfair, London.* Rama will also choose a winner to join him on location - a brilliant opportunity to assist a professional photographer.*

The judges will select from all qualified submissions with special consideration for the top voted entries. A qualified submission is one which meets all the Terms & Conditions, Guidelines and Official Rules.
The submission that receives the most votes from each of the 14 regions will have their artwork exhibited at the Houses of Parliament.
