Bio Juan Manuel has directed reenactments for the documentary “SB1070: The Law of Fear”, for Discovery Channel and acted as Assistant Director for “Requiem N.N” and “Operation Sodome: the fall Mono Jojoy”. Furthermore he has acted as Production Coordinator in different projects for National Geographic, Discovery Channel and Cosmopolitan TV , such as “Almost New”, “Connected”, “Requiem N.N” and “How they solve it”. Juan Manuel has also directed numerous short films and music videos. His work has been showcased in prestigious institutions such as the Tate Museum and in several festivals in Colombia, the United States and the UK. His films have been reviewed in outlets such as The Guardian and Juan Manuel has been selected as artist of the month in important web pages. He is a graduate from the Visual Arts program in the Javeriana, with an audiovisual emphasis.
