Biografía I am Jacob E. Kirscht. I was born on 11/01/82 in Buffalo, MN. I presently reside in Tennessee but have lived many different places including Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Nevada, Florida, California and Vancouver, BC.
Art has always been my outlet; when I was in 2nd grade I was tested & diagnosed with a learning disability. Part of that is that I can’t spell very well, I sound everything out and then spell and write it the way it sounds, and grammar completely escapes me.  So, for me, Art class or “art time” was always the best because mainly there are no rules for art as well as in the in the Art classes I did all the way through school. Plus, it didn’t matter about spelling at all, and I really liked that a lot. My father was a chainsaw wood sculptor when I was very young, and is my biggest influence.  I loved the concept of creating art all day & trying to make a living off of it and I still do.
My art presently includes paintings on canvas, prints of those original paintings on t-shirts & re-useable bags & other items and handmade custom wooden electric guitars.
Art was my place at school; and still is my escape, outlet, my life. Now art is what & where I put most of my time and effort…so, I create, and love it.
P.S. My friend wrote this with me as a short biography and to help explain the sometimes cryptic things I write in my listings because of my spelling problem.
