Bio Hailing from Lexington, Kentucky, the six piece band EMAROSA has finally found their groove.
The band’s roots sprouted from High School and after some fine tuning, the band announced their official lineup in November 2007, with lead singer Jonny Craig as their final addition. Just two weeks after leaving band Dance Gavin Dance, Craig flew out to try out for EMAROSA. The band immediately clicked. With soul and R&B influences, Craig brought his own blend of spellbinding melodic breeze to the heavier sounds the group had. The result breaks the post hardcore mold, bringing the listener something imaginative and something unfamiliar.

After three months of nonstop writing, rehearsing and performing, EMAROSA jetted to the studio with Kris Crummett (Dance Gavin Dance, Drop Dead Gorgeous, Fear Before The March of Flames) to produce their debut album RELATIVITY. With a distinctive vocal performance and technical guitar work, EMAROSA was able to tackle the typical and make it their own epic sounding album. The debut album (released on July 8, 2008) made the Billboard Hot 200 chart with copious amounts of praise from fans and press alike.

The group has been on the road nonstop for over 2 years sharing the stage with acts like Chiodos, The Devil Wears Prada, Funeral For A Friend, Pierce The Veil and Breathe Carolina to name a few. With fans from all ends of the earth requesting their presence, the band is set to tour the world in support of RELATIVITY.
