WHAT IT IS	The famed jewelry designer, Debra Shepard is inviting aspiring jewelry designers to submit their work for the chance to have their design produced and sold by Debra Shepard in specialty stores internationally. Designers can submit up to three jewelry designs in any style as a sketch or a photograph.

HOW THE WINNERS WILL BE CHOSEN	Debra Shepard will choose the winner from all qualified submissions* with special consideration for the top voted entries. *A qualified submission is one which meets all the Terms & Conditions and Guidelines & Official Rules

WHAT THE WINNERS WILL GET	The winning design will be manufactured and distributed by Debra Shepard. The winner will receive 10% royalties on gross sales of the manufactured design and will have the opportunity to work with Debra Shepard to develop a collection.
