WHAT IT IS	The music phenomenon known as deadmau5 (pronounced 'dead mouse') has always had a hand in graphics and design and is recognized as much for being a progressive and house producer as he is for wearing his famous mau5head. Now deadmau5 is inviting aspiring designers to submit their most creative and unique mau5head design for the chance to have it produced as the next deadmau5 head.

HOW THE WINNERS WILL BE CHOSEN	deadmau5 will choose the winners from all qualified submissions* with special consideration for the top voted entries. *A qualified submission is one which meets all the Terms & Conditions & Guidelines.

WHAT THE WINNERS WILL GET	The selected design will be produced into the next deadmau5 head for promotional events and deadmau5's signature 'Unhooked' shows. Photographs of the winning mau5head will be featured on deadmau5's official website along with details about the winner. The winner will receive 2 VIP passes to a deadmau5 performance in Los Angeles and will meet deadmau5 at an in-store event in Los Angeles in August 2011. Travel and 2 nights' accommodation for the winner plus a guest will be provided. The 5 highest voted submissions will each receive 2 VIP passes to a deadmau5 performance nearest to their location (travel and accommodation not provided). A further 5 highest voted submissions will receive official signed deadmau5 merchandise.

GUIDELINES

• Participants are encouraged to incorporate their design into either template A OR template B

• Participants must submit their designs as 1 file (JPG, JPEG or PNG)

• Designs must be original

• Participants have complete creative control when designing their mau5head

• Participants may create their design using Photoshop or equivalent software

• Participants may print the templates and photograph or scan in their design

• Travel and 2 nights' accommodation for the winner plus a guest will be provided
