UGG^® Australia invites artists to unleash their creativity on a pair of signature UGG^® boots in the ninth annual 'Art and Sole' charitable contest. The winner, chosen by the brand, will have their design produced and sold in UGG^® Australia retail stores & online across the US in 2012. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the boots will be donated to 'The Boys and Girls Clubs of America'.

To keep the holiday spirit alive, UGG^® will also be accepting donations for 'The Boys and Girls Clubs of America' at all domestic retail locations from November 25 to January 8, 2012.
UGG^® Australia's Choice

One winner will have their design produced and sold at select UGG^® Australia retails locations in 2012. In addition, the winner will receive:
- $5,000
- One pair of the personally designed UGG^® boots
- One UGG^® bag
- Global exposure for having their design featured on UGG^® Australia’s social media channels
Voter's Choice
- The highest voted artist will receive a pair of UGG^® boots

How Winner(s) Will Be Chosen

The host will choose the winner(s) from all qualified submissions with special consideration for the top voted entries. A qualified submission is one which meets all the Terms & Conditions, Guidelines and Official Rules.

Guidelines
- The winning design may be modified to accommodate production requirements.
- Designs must be original (meaning not using third party pre-existing copyright materials).
- Participants should retain their original artwork files but designs must be submitted in JPEG or PNG, max size 5MB.
- Participants must use the provided template when creating their design.
Official Rules

• In order to be chosen as the winner, the selected finalist shall grant ownership of all rights in and to the intellectual property in the winning submission to UGG^® Australia in consideration of US$5,000 prize monies. This assignment of rights agreement will be arranged directly between UGG^® Australia and the winner.

• The winner will be allowed to use their winning submission for portfolio purposes.
• UGG^® Australia has the right to modify the winner's submission as necessary to meet production criteria.
