This art of work is called "The breath of life", which is done by a pen on paper and later manipulated to have a green color touch on it. This particular work of art can be seen from a different point of view, first straight forward you can see the lady breathing fire which is giving life to a baby in a womb, and when you flip it to the left you will see part of a grown persons face, the womb being the eye, which signifies time changes instantly finding oneself all grown and wiser.
