Artists who put their works on Talenthouse are showing their abilities to the rest of the world. Being judged by others is both exhilarating and frightening. I wanted to communicate this sense of preparation and anxiousness. A musician, possibly awaiting a signal from a conductor, felt like a good representation of this.
