The logo contrasts entertainment (fruit machine) with reality (blood) which is what P.O.D. do in their music. The fruit machine is like life. Someone rigged it so you only win what you're allowed to win. The machine wants everything you've got, payable on death. It wants your blood. And there it is... smeared across the losing reels.
