I love the concept "Every Second Counts" … first thing that came to my mind was a sundial, which in ancient times was their way of measuring the passage of time. They were set up in the Forum in Rome which was a popular meeting place. Only the wealthy could afford to have one in their own homes and it quickly became a status symbol… As they say "Only The Rich Could Buy Time":))
