I am primarily a jazz composer; however, many kinds of influences are found in my music. A quirky personal humor runs through much of my work. This helps my music, even my avant-garde pieces, to be accessible to a diverse audience.
My focus is on composition and I rarely perform. For this reason, I am looking for more musicians and ensembles to discover and perform my music.
My project has two tracks: 1.) For a larger audience (non-musicians) to connect with my music and 2.) For more musicians & bands to perform and record it.
I have new ensemble scores and tunes that have not been performed. As new people discover my work, I hope there will be more recordings, concerts, and commissions. As musicians and ensembles explore my music, if there is a piece that they especially like, please submit your video and audio tracks or do a live recording to express interest in hearing my unreleased compositions.
If you are selected, we will collaborate on the performance of the music. There is a great deal of freedom in my music. I encourage performers to find their own creative vision.
When the music has been recorded, I would like to add it on the online music sites I use (Youtube, Reverbnation, SoundCloud, etc).
