I specialize in portraits, realism, and abstract. I feel I am free from the world when I work on my art. I would love to one day be able to wake up and paint for a living for the rest of my life. I have been painting since grade school after I learned how to blend paint together. My passion for art has always been growing in my heart for some time now and I am honored to show my work through the culture and life I have lived. My paintings represents emotional feelings through the expressions of colors and textures. Great art for me, is work that offers an experience that goes deeper than intellect, an evoking emotion that connects to the human experience. My love for art is to draw you into it deeply, invite you to peruse its elements.

Bio I grew up in MN, land of the 10,000 lakes. Yes, that's right. I love MN, but I recently moved down the Detroit MI about 3 years ago. It's really growing on me, I've met some great people. I just started painting again within the last year when a friend had bought me a basket of brushes and paint for christmas. I guess I've stopped painting for almost 7 years. Well, it really motivated me...since then I haven't been able to put the paint brush down. I am in love with painting now and just can't get enough of it.
