Steps to participate
- Upload jpeg samples of your original designs, maximum 3 designs (Bags,Shoes) not exceeding 5 MB each
- Participants must submit only one entry (maximum 3 Images) and must be in the form of an illustration of your completed design
- In the title box mention the name of your designs/project & in the description box mention the other details
- The designs must be an original piece of work and must not have been commercially used before or during the time of this creative invite
- The submissions must reflect the design sensibilities of the brand-'AND Designs India Ltd.'
Winner Selection Process
All eligible design submissions received during the 'Submission Period' will be judged by a panel of representatives of organizer (“Panel” or “Judge(s)”). Post the submission; the entrants may invite their friends for votes from social networks like Facebook and Twitter. Winners may be selected from the shortlisted pool selected through votes and/or hosts preference. A submission will be considered eligible, subject to the applicant agreeing to terms and conditions.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1) The project must be an original piece of work and must not have been commercially used before or during the time of this creative invite
2) User is solely and exclusively liable for violation of any intellectual property rights including copyrights in the images.
3) If any person or entity finds that the images or work of arts provided by User or used by Talenthouse is a copyright or intellectual property rights of that party, the person should immediately notify Talenthouse of the same with sufficient and legally admissible proof at the email address: contact@talenthouse.com and by physical notice at the office address at: Corporate Legal Department, located at Reliance Big Entertainment Pvt Ltd., 5th Floor, 49/50, Maruti Chambers, Veera Desai Extension Road, Off new link road, Andheri West, Mumbai 400053
