Christopher "Cee" Rullan was born in Brooklyn, NY in 1988, he grew up in Brooklyn and in Staten Island. He began taking music seriously in 2009, and in that short time frame he has managed to wow everyone in his circle with incredible talent.

Cee is an... emcee, lyricist, and overall quick thinker. Writing for himself as well as his colleagues in the "All City Kings Group" he can hear a beat and have a response in the same moment. The first time he stepped into a recording studio to work professionally was with the All City Kings. "The team is like a family, and I love that.... I'm more than ready to do what it takes for and with these guys" said Cee.

His Influences include: Biggie, Wu-Tang, Jay-Z, Drake, Lil Wayne, Fabolous, & Nas. With no particular genre as a favorite he listens to all music respecting various artists and genres for the quality versus the "commercial sound." Cee enjoys listening to good music, shopping-especially for his sneaker collection (yes he is a sneaker addict with style!), recording in studio, doing new projects and getting work done which gets him closer to his goal of making it in the industry.

"I want to be known for versatility and creativity. I don't want to focus and be labeled as 1 genre because then people know what to expect, I like to be full of surprises. I'm also an underdog for the simple fact that I'm from Staten Island and I have Mexican descent in me. With that wall in my way, I can't wait to bull dose right through that." "All we ever had was Wu-tang, next in line is Cee." – said Cee when interviewed by Jackie da Model of Urban Latino Radio.

Cee has worked with various local artists in his hometown and is currently involved in projects with the All City Kings group. He has performed in NY venues and is expected to be featured on upcoming press releases and performance lineups. A Mix-tape titled "Sit Back & Enjoy" is in the works for him to be released soon (date TBA. Cee is currently finalizing the smash hit “Fucked Up” Feat BK, and Ariel (a female ft artist). Cee is very good at writing for both genders and bringing out the natural flow within each artist.
